Before You Cancel
Before canceling, you might want to consider:
- Downgrade instead: Switch to a lower plan that better fits your needs
- Pause tracking: You can disable tracking temporarily without canceling
- Export your data: Download your analytics data before canceling
- Contact support: We might be able to help with any issues
How to Cancel

What Happens When You Cancel
Access Until End of Period
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. After that, it will be permanently deleted unless you resubscribe.
Free Plan Fallback
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan. You can still access basic features with limited usage.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Within 14 days: Full refund for new subscriptions
- Technical issues: If we couldn't deliver the service
- Billing errors: For any accidental overcharges
For refund requests, please contact support.
Changed Your Mind?
You can resubscribe at any time. If you resubscribe within 30 days of canceling, your historical data will still be available.
