Team Members
Invite team members to collaborate on your AI Search Index analytics.
Invite Team Members

Go to Dashboard → Team

Click Invite Team Member

Enter their email address and select a role
- 4
Click Send Invite
They'll receive an email with a link to join your organization.
Manage Existing Members
From the Team page, you can:
- Change roles — Click the role dropdown next to a member's name
- Remove members — Click the remove button to revoke access
- Resend invites — For pending invitations that haven't been accepted
- Cancel invites — Revoke pending invitations
Understanding Roles
Each team member has a role that determines their permissions:
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access including billing and account deletion |
| Admin | Manage websites, team, and settings (no billing) |
| Member | View and export data |
| Viewer | View data only (read-only) |
Team Size Limits
