Netlify Log Drains

Stream Netlify traffic logs to AI Search Index using Log Drains.

Setup Steps

  1. 1

    Open Team Settings

    In Netlify, go to Team settings → Log drains

  2. 2

    Add Log Drain

    Click Add log drain

  3. 3

    Select Log Type

    Choose Traffic analytics as the log type

  4. 4

    Configure Destination

    Select HTTP and configure:

    Destination URL: https://aisearchindex.com/api/v1/logs/netlify

Add header:
  Name: x-api-key
  Value: bot_YOUR_BOT_TRACKING_KEY

    Select Sites

    Choose which sites should send logs to AI Search Index

  6. 6

    Save

    Click Save to enable the log drain

Note: Netlify Log Drains require a Team plan (Pro or higher). Free tier sites can use Netlify Edge Functions or the tracking pixel instead.

Verify Integration

  1. Visit your Netlify site to generate traffic
  2. Wait a few minutes for logs to be processed
  3. Check your AI Search Index dashboard for incoming data
