Delete Account

Permanently delete your AI Search Index account and all associated data.

This Action is Irreversible

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including analytics history, websites, team members, and settings. This cannot be undone.

Before You Delete

Make sure you've completed these steps:

  • ⚠Export your data — Download any analytics you want to keep
  • ⚠Remove tracking — Remove the tracking pixel from your websites
  • ⚠Cancel subscription — If you have an active subscription
  • ⚠Notify team members — They will lose access to shared data

What Gets Deleted

The following will be permanently removed:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All tracked websites
  • All analytics data and history
  • API keys and Bot Tracking Keys
  • Team member associations
  • Billing history (payment processor may retain for legal requirements)

How to Delete Your Account

    Go to Account → Settings

  2. 2

    Scroll to the Danger Zone section

  3. 3

    Click Delete Account

  4. 4

    Type your account email to confirm

  5. 5

    Click Permanently Delete Account

Processing Time

Account deletion is processed within 30 days as required by GDPR. During this period:

  • Your account is immediately deactivated
  • You cannot log in or access data
  • Data is queued for permanent deletion
  • After 30 days, all data is permanently erased

Just Want to Cancel?

If you just want to stop paying but keep your account, you can cancel your subscription instead. Your account will revert to the free plan.
